“Wildhood,” directed by Bretten Hannam, follows the journey of a rebellious teenager named Link who embarks on a road trip with his younger half-brother, Travis, to find their long-lost mother. Along the way, Link discovers his Indigenous heritage and forms a deep connection with a two-spirit Mi’kmaw teenager named Pasmay, leading to a transformative exploration of identity and belonging.
