The Last Bus

Following the recent death of his wife Mary, widower Tom embarks on a journey across Britain, traveling from John O’Groats in Scotland to Land’s End in Cornwall, where both he and Mary were born. He uses his free bus pass to make the trip solely on local buses. Along the way, Tom’s journey, filled with various incidents and interactions with locals, captures public attention, turning him into a media sensation. Unbeknownst to him, he becomes a celebrity, and upon reaching Land’s End, he is surprised by the warm reception awaiting him.
