The Hunger Games

In a dystopian future, the totalitarian nation of Panem is divided into 12 districts and the Capitol, which annually selects a boy and a girl from each district to fight to the death in a televised event known as the Hunger Games. Katniss Everdeen, a young woman from District 12, volunteers to take her sister’s place, embarking on a journey of survival and defiance against the oppressive regime.
