The Hike

After witnessing the heartbreaking death of her boyfriend in combat, young soldier Kate (Zara Phythian) returns from her deployment in Afghanistan. Seeking solace, she joins her friends, including Torri (Barbara Nedeljacova), on a camping trip to a scenic and secluded part of the British countryside. Eager to leave their past behind, the group embarks on a journey into the woods for a tranquil escape. As they approach Sunset Point, they encounter a mysterious and elusive group of locals living off the land. Along the way, they also have a pleasant meeting with three charismatic rock-climbing enthusiasts, led by Ethan (Ben Loyd Holmes). However, when the girls find themselves isolated once more, Charlie (Jemma Bolt) suddenly disappears, leaving them vulnerable in the perilous forest. As night falls, they must depend on each other and their newfound friendships to locate Charlie before their adventure turns into a deadly ordeal.
