Take The Lead

“Take the Lead,” directed by Liz Friedlander, is inspired by the true story of Pierre Dulaine, a professional ballroom dancer who volunteers to teach dance to a group of troubled high school students in New York City. Through the transformative power of dance, Dulaine helps the students find confidence, discipline, and a sense of purpose, ultimately bridging cultural and social divides.
