In 1967, Anna Ribera, after five blissful years of marriage in New York with her husband Alberto and their young son, returns to Spain to elevate her Velvet project. From across the Atlantic, Anna and Alberto have been successfully overseeing Velvet, establishing it as a leading name in fashion and innovation alongside their closest friends and partners. Now, they aim to transform their esteemed brand into a franchise, starting domestically before expanding internationally. Their first move is to open a new store in Barcelona, located on the renowned Passeig de Gracia. This second Velvet Fashion Store will be managed by Anna’s close friend Clara, who has risen through the ranks from seamstress to assistant director during the Madrid Velvet era.
