
The Secret World of Alex Mack
“The Secret World of Alex Mack” is a U.S. TV series that aired on Nickelodeon from October 8, 1994, to January 15, 1998, taking over from “Clarissa Explains It All” in the SNICK lineup. It was also broadcast on YTV in Canada and NHK in Japan, and became a beloved part of the children’s weekday programming on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation during the mid-to-late 1990s. The show was rerun in 2003 on The N, but was soon replaced. Produced by Thomas and John Lynch of Lynch Entertainment, along with RHI Entertainment, Hallmark Entertainment, and Nickelodeon Productions, the series was co-created by Tom Lynch and Ken Lipman. For home video, it was distributed by Hallmark Home Entertainment, marking it as the first Nickelodeon series not released by Paramount Home Video or Sony Wonder.
