Set in the Tierra Chula Resident Hotel, “Tarantula” follows the story of Echo Johnson, a well-regarded tattoo artist who lacks formal certification. Through Echo’s lyrical musings, we hear about the escapades and misadventures shared with fellow residents, as they engage in activities like crashing parties, diving into dumpsters, and other socially questionable antics.
