London police officer and habitual gambler Harry Clayton is close to losing it all. On the evening when his substantial debts are due, he encounters the mysterious Eve, who presents him with a peculiar bracelet rumored to grant extraordinary luck to its bearer. Harry’s luck starts to change dramatically, but he quickly becomes entangled in a dark crime spree engulfing the city.
