Professional boxer Tommy “Little Dog” Ross, once the frontrunner for a Championship Belt, experiences a spectacular breakdown during a match and exits the ring. Fast forward five years, and we find him leading a self-destructive lifestyle. A video of him involved in a bar brawl surfaces, leading his former adversary, Rico “Havoc” St. George, to propose a rematch for the title. Tommy grapples with the overwhelming influence of his assertive family as he contemplates whether to return to boxing.
