
Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil
“Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil” is an animated TV series, nominated for an Emmy, created by animator Sandro Corsaro. It follows a young boy named Clarence “Kick” Buttowski, who dreams of becoming the world’s top daredevil. This series was the fourth original production for Disney XD and marked its first animated show. It debuted on February 13, 2010, with two episodes airing on the premiere day, and later launched on Disney Channel Asia on May 28, 2010. Each episode consists of two 11-minute segments and is produced using Toon Boom Animation software, incorporating some 3D animation elements. The series is executive-produced and directed by Chris Savino and Sandro Corsaro, drawing inspiration from Corsaro’s own childhood experiences in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
