Justified: City Primeval

Fifteen years after departing the hills of Kentucky, Raylan Givens finds himself in Miami, juggling his duties as a U.S. Marshal with being a part-time dad to his teenage daughter. An unexpected incident on a highway in Florida leads him to Detroit, where he encounters Clement Mansell, known as The Oklahoma Wildman. Mansell is a dangerous sociopath who has previously evaded capture by Detroit’s law enforcement and is determined to escape justice once more.
