God Eater

In the early 2050s, mysterious entities known as “Oracle cells” start devouring all life on Earth uncontrollably. Their insatiable hunger and extraordinary ability to adapt quickly lead to fear, then reverence, and eventually they are called “aragami.” As these creatures prove impervious to traditional weaponry, cities crumble, and humanity faces the threat of extinction with each passing day. However, there is one glimmer of hope for mankind. Scientists create “God Arcs,” living weapons that integrate Oracle cells, and those who wield them are assembled into a specialized task force.
