September Runs Red

Taylor Evans, a modern and accomplished woman, finds her life unraveling as she is suddenly and inexplicably gripped by a fear of water, which threatens to destroy her delicate existence. In a bid to save herself, Taylor turns to Dr. John Cane, a discredited phobia expert and a dubious ally. Dr. Cane, a well-known psychiatrist, has gained recent fame in the medical field due to a successful yet contentious behavior analysis therapy he developed on an isolated island. Hesitantly, Dr. Cane consents to help Taylor overcome her irrational water phobia, but only if the treatment occurs on the secluded island for her own safety and health. On this island, nothing is as it appears.
