When the daughter of Pamela, an experienced 911 call center operator, and her estranged husband Jeremy, a high-ranking police officer, is abducted and held captive, they find themselves in a dire situation. They are forced to comply with the kidnapper’s demands: to relay messages through dispatch, causing police and fire units to disperse to distant parts of the city, only to encounter chaos. Uncertain of the perpetrator’s identity or motives, they are acutely aware that failing to secretly work together will make them complicit in orchestrating the city’s largest crime ever. Now, they face a race against time to make a life-altering decision—whether to save the city or their daughter.
