Nancy Monroe’s mother, Denise, recently remarried, introducing Nancy to her new stepbrother, Victor. Victor is a Goth who favors black clothing, applies sunscreen liberally, seemingly communicates with his cat, and possesses a mysterious charm that seems to mesmerize women. Nancy suspects that Victor might be a vampire. Is she simply being overly suspicious, or is she the only one who perceives Victor’s real identity?
