Marco Polo

Tasked with joining two priests on a journey to introduce Christianity to Kublai Khan’s court, Marco Polo finds himself deserted in the mountains when the priests, skeptical about China’s existence, decide to retreat. Undeterred, Polo courageously continues on his own to the legendary land, where he is welcomed as an emissary at Khan’s court. Stranded in a distant part of the world, Polo, along with his servant Pedro, rises to the status of a Mongol noble for an incredible two decades. Upon his return to the West, he brings with him a narrative that would alter the course of history.
