A Spanish woman known as Bluebird, who is married, sets out to hike the entire Appalachian Trail by herself in search of clarity. However, her journey of solitude is disrupted when she encounters a young American hiker. As they travel together, they form a deep emotional and romantic bond. Despite this connection, Bluebird eventually has to confront the trail and her personal emotions on her own.
