Jekyll & Hyde

Henry Jekyll is a man plagued by inner turmoil. After losing his wife to pneumonia, he finds himself drawn to his sister-in-law, though her father strictly prohibits any interaction between them. Meanwhile, Jekyll’s scientific exploration into the duality of human nature leads him to develop a drug that splits his personality. He tests it on himself, transforming into a reckless and violent alter ego who indulges in base and shameful desires. Jekyll soon becomes hooked on the depraved liberation the drug provides, allowing him to engage in the most vile acts before returning to his lab to take an antidote, thus preserving his respectable public image.
