Almost a year has passed since Leonard To (played by Jason Tobin) lost his wife to an unresolved murder, and he continues to grapple with his sorrow. During a visit to the location where his wife was killed, he encounters a man he suspects to be responsible for her death. Determined to seek justice, Leonard chooses to take matters into his own hands.
