A savvy police officer goes undercover in a Los Angeles car-theft operation following a high-speed crash on the freeway that exposes a brutal conflict between two rival all-female gangs. Lieutenant Baynes (Stephen Bauer) tasks Brandy Martinez (Melina Lizette) with the mission of infiltrating the gang to collect evidence against the infamous chop-shop leader, Mama (Olivia Brown). During her mission, Brandy forms a friendship with Eva Strong (Kenyett), a reformed car thief.
