Hoshi ni natta shônen

Tetsumu, a reserved young man, discovers he has an innate talent for connecting with elephants. This revelation leads him to travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where he aspires to become Japan’s pioneering elephant trainer. Embracing his newfound purpose, Tetsumu transforms into a self-assured and resilient individual. He returns to Japan with the ambition of creating a lush sanctuary for his elephant companions. Concurrently, he embarks on a career as an elephant trainer for traveling performances. During this journey, he encounters Emi, a woman seven years older than him, and falls in love.
