Chao ji xue xiao ba wang

In the year 2043, a malevolent crime lord known as The General, also referred to as M. Bison, is plotting to dominate the world. Standing in his way is a lone government official determined to imprison him. To thwart this threat, The General, along with his henchmen Kent (Ken), Thai King (Sagat), and Toyota (E. Honda), journey back to 1993 with the intent to eliminate the official before he can assume office. Meanwhile, during a confrontation with The General’s followers, the Future Cops—comprising Lung (Ryu), Broom Man (Guile), Ti Man (Vega), and Ah-Sing (Dhalsim)—learn of this nefarious scheme and formulate their own strategy to travel back in time to safeguard the official.
