All the Dead Ones

The narrative follows the downfall of the Soares family during the closing months of the 1800s. Isabel, the matriarch, is on her deathbed, while her daughters, Maria and Ana, grapple with their past experiences on the coffee plantation. Together, the trio strives to move beyond their history and confront the onset of industrialization sweeping across Brazil.
