My Dad’s Christmas Date

In the picturesque city of York, adorned for the Christmas season, 16-year-old Jules and her father, David, navigate their lives. Their relationship mirrors that of many fathers and teenage daughters: David finds it hard to understand Jules, who, in turn, is reluctant to open up to him. While he wishes to be part of her world, she craves independence. Yet, a significant connection unites them—the tragic loss of Jules’ mother and David’s wife in a car accident two years prior.
