“Observe and Report” is a dark comedy that follows Ronnie Barnhardt, a delusional and overzealous mall security guard, as he attempts to apprehend a flasher terrorizing the shopping center. As Ronnie’s ambitions grow, his methods become increasingly questionable, leading to a chaotic clash with the local police and his own personal demons.
