Laura Price, a news producer based in San Francisco, is assisting the police in their pursuit of a serial killer. When the murderer targets someone close to her, an unexpected turn of events grants her a “Groundhog Day”-style do-over, enabling Laura to experience the week leading up to the murders once more.
