A New York-based writer relocates to Los Angeles with his partner to transform a children’s book into a screenplay for a Hollywood producer. As the project progresses, he engages in numerous discussions with the book’s author, the director, and various actors, each bringing their unique vision for the script. The writer finds himself in frequent conflict with his financial backer as the process becomes increasingly exhausting and challenging.
